HCSA: Not Just A Cool Acronym!

The Honors College Student Association, aka the HCSA, is a great way for Honors College students (particularly those in the Honors LLC) to get involved!

The HCSA meets monthly with advisor, Shannon Bryne-Irwin, to plan Honors College events such as socials, educational programming, and volunteer/service learning events. HCSA is a great way to help students reach out to the community, learn, and get to know other Honors students. The HCSA typically does at least one event a month, usually more. Some events this semester include participating at the local food shelter, The Gathering, working on a fundraising bake sale, and bringing students to the Milwaukee Public Museum with Professor Alan Singer.

The HCSA really works with the Honors College students to provide great opportunities to help enrich students Honors experience. This organization is a great way to get involved on campus.
