The mission of the Studio Arts and Craft Center is to offer engaging classes, workshops, and events within a positive studio atmosphere and is dedicated to the education, enrichment, and creative fufillment of all members of the UWM Community. The SACC provides open studio space, as well as specialized studio equipment for ceramics, traditional black and white photography, sewing, metalsmithing, and printmaking. They also offer a variety of supplies fo purchase including clay, photo paper, film and screenprinting inks and screens. They are located in the UWM Union Room EG30, to the right of the piano on the ground floor. Their hours are Monday-Thursday 11am-10pm, Friday-Saturday11am-5pm, and closed on Sundays. It is also free!! So if you are looking to make new art, need a place to work, or just want to hang out with friends, check out the Studio Arts and Craft Center!!
