A Night at the Movies!

         On September 22, 2012 the sun was shining and then fifteen minutes before we were to leave for our "Are you an Autobot or Decepticon?" it started to rain.  Pushing on we hopped onto the bus to catch the movie Transformer 3 which was playing outside in Lake Park at the Gift of Wings kite shop.  The weather improved with the sun peeking out behind the clouds, but then the weather turned cold as the sun began to set creating the perfect opportunity to use the blankets that we had packed.

        This event was designed to allow students a chance to see a part of Milwaukee that they might not get to see otherwise.  Also it provide the opportunity for students to interact with the community of Milwaukee through local events.  Not to mention it provided the perfect reason to watch the sunset by Lake Michigan.
