Historic Third Ward

Milwaukee's Historic Third Ward is full of shoppes, attractions, and as listed in the name, history.  Milwaukee's third ward is full of unique architecture influenced by the diverse groups that settled there. The historic 3rd ward has restaurants from all corners of the world and also activities are frequently held there such as Gallery Night, Sidewalk sale, sizzling Saturdays and more. The event hours and the hours of the shoppes and restaurants vary but below is a link that takes you to the official website of the Third Ward (yes there's an official website). Luckily getting to the Third Ward from campus is a simple bus ride away, The green line bus takes you directly across the street from the Third Ward, and picks up across from Cambridge Commons Residence hall on north Ave. The 30 bus line, which has a stop by all the residence halls, and the 10 also take you directly to the Third Ward.
